Main Role in the Project: The research activity of the Karlsruhe group is oriented towards the design of functional nanosystems and devices by modern organic synthesis and supramolecular self-assembly techniques.
Principal Scientist: Dr. M. Ruben is a young research associate in the Institute of Nanotechnology, an interdisciplinary and internationally organized institute within the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe. He is a young scientist who gained international recognition in the field of supramolecular spin transition compounds and in the field of bio-inorganic chemistry by the design of biomimetic model systems of the RUBISCO-enzyme.
